A Tenacious Legal Team With Proven Results

We Know, Because We Ride.

Alvine Law Firm, LLP | Aug 16, 2020 | Alvine Law, Personal Injury |

I have been handling accident cases for 26 years, however, I have been riding motorcycles for far longer.  I’ve enjoyed riding on and off road for most of my life.  When riding motorcycles, safety is alway the most important and first thing to think about.  In order to have a safe ride, I always follow a few simple rules.

  • The motorcycle should always be in good working condition — this includes all the lights and turn signals.
  • Always ride within my riding limits and within the weather conditions.
  • Always wear a helmet.
  • Never ride a motorcycle while impaired.

No matter how safe you ride, collisions with other motorists will occur.  If you are in a motorcycle accident while riding, you want an attorney who is experienced with motorcycling to represent you.  I know the ins and outs of motorcycle accidents and I also know the games insurances will play when you are injured in a motorcycle accident.

We at Alvine|Weidenaar, are South Dakota’s premier law firm.  Let me put this experience to work for you.  Call us at 605-476-3974 or visit our website at AlvineWeidenaar.com
