Bram Weidenaar

Bram graduated from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI, in 1991. Following his undergraduate degree, Bram attended the University of South Dakota School of Law in Vermillion, South Dakota, graduating in 1994. Bram has devoted his twenty five years of practicing law in protecting the rights of injured people handling a wide variety of worker’s compensation, truck, motorcycle and automobile cases.

Bram was admitted to practice law in South Dakota in 1994 and in Iowa in 1996. In addition, Bram is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for South Dakota and the United States District Court for the United States for the Northern District of Iowa. Bram is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

In addition to practicing in these courts, Bram is also a member of the American Bar Association, South Dakota Bar Association and the Iowa Bar Association. Also, Bram is a member of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers, Iowa Association for Justice, American Association for Justice and the Workers Injury Litigation Group (WILG). Bram was recognized by WILG for being one of the Top Injured Workers Attorneys in 2017 and 2018. Bram also has been recognized by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorney – Ten Best in 2017, 2018, and 2019, Best Lawyers in America, 2018, The National Trial Lawyers – Top 100, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, 2016, 2017, and 2018, and WILG – One of the Top Injured Workers Attorney 2017 and 2018.

When Bram is not working his enjoys spending time with his wife and his two daughters. He is an avid runner having competed in multiply marathons. Bram also enjoys riding his Harley Davidson or anything else with two wheels. In addition, he can be found hunting, fishing or at the shooting range knocking down some clays.
